HALF TERM 0326
This half term we will be using the following topics to provide learning opportunities for the children.
- Spring

- Books Fiction & Non-Fiction
- Colours, Shapes & Numbers
- Planting & Growing
- Minibeasts
- Forests & Woodlands
We very much welcome any parental input regarding our topics. If any parents/carers would like to be involved, please speak to me.
Illness
If a child is suffering with vomiting and/or diarrhea, we ask that you please keep your child at home. They can return 48 hours after the last episode if they are well enough.
If your child is prescribed antibiotics by your GP, our policy states that they remain home for 48 hours after their first dose.
Healthy Eating
Can I remind you that if your child stays for lunch, please do not provide any foodstuffs that contain nuts as we have children attending with severe allergies.
Outdoor Clothing
Please could you ensure that all your child’s outdoor clothing including rucksacks and drinking bottles are clearly marked with their name.
Development Updates
If you would like to discuss your child’s learning and development, please speak to me to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet.
Car Parking
Due to Health and Safety, I would like to kindly remind you that no cars should drive through the gates during drop off and pickup.
Policies and Procedures
We have many Policies and Procedures in place that shape the way Brick by Brick is managed. A folder is available in the foyer containing all of our policies. However, if you would like copies of any policies, please let me know.
If you have not already done so, please join our private Facebook page (The Brick by Brick Family). It is a means for us to share activities that the children are involved in at Pre-School, and also for sharing ideas, activities and keeping in touch.
As always, I am around most mornings if you wish to discuss anything with me.
Alternatively, I can be contacted by email brickbybrickpreschool1@gmail.com
Our very warmest wishes,
Angie and the Team
